Shipping:
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. All shipping charges are calculated by distance and weight. All charges related to shipping are to cover delivery of your order via whatever method you select. We do not hold any funds pertaining to shipping. Please use the best of your judgement when choosing the shipping method based on your delivery needs and don't forget to add 1 business day for processing and handling of your order.
Be advised that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the actual delivery/transit time as there will be several factors that may interfere such as weather conditions etc.
Customer is responsible for making sure delivery location is safe enough as both carriers, USPS and UPS may leave packages if driver believes the area is safe. Delivery arrangements are also customer's responsibility, we strongly suggest contacting your local post office or UPS office for such arrangements.
International orders may incur duty and customs fees, please consult the appropriate department in your country for all questions related to that.
Delivery confirmation will be used for some options of shipping via USPS. Delivery confirmation is a number assigned by USPS to update both sender and receiver once the package has been delivered and it does not necessarily act as tracking number as it will not track each step of the way.
Delivery is assumed and designated by both parties to be complete when confirmed as delivered by UPS or USPS and their tracking system. One may place a claim against the carrier in the event that a package which tracks as delivered is somehow stolen, but no claim against SoBeBrasil.com can be initiated in that case. We can however assist you with your claim by providing necessary information and paperwork, but the final decision will be with UPS and USPS, in other words, we are not the package handlers and we rely on the best in the business, UPS and USPS to do that job.

Returns:
Should there be any intentions of returning an order, customer must request a RMA# via email within five days of delivery confirmation by USPS or UPS. Five days is enough time to try on and decide if you wish to keep or not your merchandise. Any requests beyond the five days grace period will not be considered due to hygiene related issues,
All products must have tags attached, free of any scents and in new condition to qualify for a return. You must not wear other than try on. Customer is responsible for safely returning merchandise as per instructions which will be sent along with RMA#. Customer may opt to receive a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the order (less shipping) minus 30% restocking fee. All refunds will be issued via paypal.
If customer opt for store credit, a store credit will be issued for the amount of order less shipping, minus 15% restocking fee. There's no expiration on a store credit. If there are any questions regarding returns, please email us prior to ordering at info@sobebrasil.com
Exceptions: All bikinis and intimate pieces are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges. Please email for any questions prior to ordering. I will gladly supply additional information and pictures upon request.
